Barong dance is Balinese sacred dance using mask and costume media as an embodiment of creatures that are believed by Balinese people.

Based on Hindu mythology, term “Barong” is taken from the word “Bahruang” in Sanskrit which means an animal that is considered to have magical powers and is often referred to as a protector of goodness. Simply, this dance narrates a story about a fight against evil which successfully defeated. After watching Barong dance, we are going to continue the trip to visit Celuk village which is famous for its gold and silver smith. Then, we will also visit a village nearby, Batuan village, in which is famous for its paintings which have its own characteristic as well as free from influence from western culture.

After visiting Batuan village, we will visit the world-famous rice paddy in Tegalalang village with its beauty of terraced rice fields and traditional irrigation system called “Subak”. No doubt, you will be enchanted seeing this wonderful panorama while enjoying lunch we served in one of the restaurants there. After having lunch, we are heading to  uluwatu temple a Hindu temple which is located on a cliff with a height of 80 Meters above the sea level.  This temple, which administratively belongs to Badung regency, is the perfect place to enjoy the marvelous sunset while watching the most popular Balinese dance, Kecak dance, taking story from Ramayana fragment. Barong Dance
On Bali island, Barong and Kris dance the sacred dances which only displayed in any particular ceremony. Along with the development of tourist in bali, you can watch Barong and kris dance in batu bulan village which is being hold inside of a hall. This dance tells about fighting the evil, where barong as symbolization of goodness depicts a giant lion of virtue, mean while rangda described as a features with scary face and as the symbol of evil that always want to spread bad influence for mankind in the world. In this battle as well, neither Barong and Rangda won or lost ( the internal battle). In the teachings of the hindu, barong dance is a symbol of human life where the Good and Bad think that we do in this world have always lived side by side.


Celuk Village
As a tourist destination in bali, Celuk village is famous for its Gold and Silver crafts. here you can see the locals making a lots artwork of gold and silver very creatively. Gold and Silver production in this village has been penetrated into international market, as it has been published in various media about bali and tourism,celuk village must have been know in all countries.


Batuan Village
Batuan art village is a village that existed on bali is 30 minutes from the heart of ubud village. In here you can see Balinese painting beautiful painting made by those soulless art with works of art and a distinctive style of painting that is already well know from 1930’s. This village became the center of the largest painting that reside in bali which has several Galleries that are managed by the local civil and has brought a big influence to promote the arts in batuan village, especially about Balinese painting.


Monkey Forest
The Ubud Monkey Forest is a nature reserve and Hindu temple complex in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. Its official name is the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary (Balinese Mandala Suci Wenara Wana), and its name as written on its welcome sign is the Padangtegal Mandala Wisata Wanara Wana Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary. The Ubud Monkey Forest is a popular tourist attraction and is often visited by over 10,000 tourists a month. The Monkey Forest lies within the village of Padangtegal, which owns it. The village’s residents view the Monkey Forest as an important spiritual, economic, educational, and conservation center for the village.


Tegalalang Rice Field
Tegalalang is a village located 20 minutes from the heart of ubud. In here you can see the beauty of the terraced rice paddies with the background of the green rice field. The back ground of the green rice field causing attraction in this area. This the one that makes terraced rice paddies in tegalalang became tourist attractor that draw on the visit by tourist, this area has scenic views and always show shades of coolnes and comfort hearts, for whom visit this place.


Coffee Plantation
Teman village is Bali’s coffee producer. Coffee that made here are still traditional, where coffee is taken as the result of the garden itself. There are several kinds of coffee that is made, Bali CoCoa, Vanila coffee, CoConut coffee, Ginseng coffee, and the most special one is Luwak Coffee. Besides coffee in here also made tea from herbs such as Rosella, Lemon tea,mangosteen tea, and many more which you can have a try. To see the coffee plantations is not charged, unless you want to try a cup of coffee Luwak ( Luwak coffee is charged idr 50,000 for one cup).


Uluwatu Temple
Uluwatu Temple, or Pura Luhur Uluwatu, one of six key temples believed to be Bali’s spiritual pillars, is renowned for its magnificent location, perched on top of a steep cliff approximately 70 metres above sea level. This temple also shares the splendid sunset backdrops as that of Tanah Lot Temple, another important sea temple located in the island’s western shores. Pura Luhur Uluwatu is definitely one of the top places on the island to go to for sunset delights, with direct views overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean and daily Kecak dance performances. Balinese architecture, traditionally-designed gateways, and ancient sculptures add to Uluwatu Temple’s appeal.
